Albany Justice Complex
Completion | 2003

The project reflects a tailored architectural approach in that both Justice and Police identities within the complex are differentiated, creating a perception that one is not attached to the other in purpose and performance, even though there are obvious connections of process and a physical connection of premises. This was the design intent coupled with necessity to create an overall distinctive civic piece of architecture within the framework of the most significant heritage precinct in Albany.
The requirement to resolve complex Functional/Operational requirements within an integrated complex accommodating Courts and Custody Service Providers.
