Rose Street Apartments

Rose Street Apartments is a design that is responsive to its local environment, with consciousness of the growing population and increasing needs of more interesting inner-city dwellings. The design team prioritised incorporating character of the local environment whilst also integrating contemporary elements.
This was achieved by clever use of materials and finishes where the timber exterior and vegetation soften the hard exterior of the surrounding street scape as it ascends from the street. Internally the building offers a unique blend of modern living and integrates the industrial nature of Fitzroy. Large open industrial living areas open on to private outdoor spaces shaded by vegetation. Each apartment is designed to maximise living space for those seeking the urban lifestyle.
