The development consists of 69 apartments in the building, with 2 levels of basement car park for a total of 63 cars. Options of one, two or three bedroom apartments are available. Some apartments feature additional bathrooms and/or a study.

The design is inspired by the local community and character of Carlton.

Whilst the layout and floorplans of each apartment are varied, there is a unified focus on open-plan layouts within each. The living spaces are exposed to optimal sunlight and pleasing views through the full-length windows. Also within the Found complex is four 2-3 bedroom luxurious townhouses.
