Ten levels of flexible, column free office space is clad in a distinct curtain wall of high performance glazing with zinc spandrels. The smooth skin is contrasted with the sculptural louvre screening of a car park at the lower levels. This project developed refined tower imagery while responding to economic realities of the commercial market.
